Our overnight lows have been in the 40s (as low as 42º) for the past 2+ weeks Is it right for September, though? It's been September for two weeks now. Time does get away from us.

The days have been humid lately, odd for September and upper 80's. My fall broccoli crop is confused........

Prediction is for up to an inch of rain the next few days. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Temps are down to the high 80s windy with scattered clouds. Possibly the last monsoon of the season overnight left an inch and a half according to the gauge.

So far .14 inch of rain this afternoon and now the thunderstorms have started. More rain to come.. High was 66º, mostly cloudy with a stray burst of sunshine. They say the low tonight will be 54º-warmer than it has been, likely due to the cloud cover. Autumn is here. Ready or not.

Highs continue to be upper 80's with humidity. Promises of rain late week.

Only the mid 70s today, but very humid - 75° and 85%, last time I looked. And even though they were originally forecasting some soaking rain in the area, each time I see the forecast it keeps dropping, so I'm not turning off my timers - it will probably be another one of those .0x totals we keep getting.

I had to turn my AC back on, and down a little, because of the humidity - 91%. And as I figured, the rain total was only .05", so not enough to help the plants much.

Today was another absolutely beautiful late summer day. Sunny and in the mid 80's. If it ever rains, I can finally clean my house. I refuse to waste these beautiful days indoors. Maybe rain by the weekend.
