Ventured out yesterday afternoon for PTO meeting and again this morning to get tires put on we bought last week. Still not 100% but much improved. Took the quilt I've been working on to my parent's to get mom's input while the guys worked on tires. With any luck I'll have it completely pieced by the end of the month.
Temperatures dropped to 23° last night and first heavy frost. Winter is a comin'.

Rode down to Albuquerque with Q. While he was in for his acupuncture treatment I worked on the wedding ceremony for my nephew, that I will officiate in a couple of weeks. Did some errands after. Got back to Santa Fe and picked up a pizza on the way home.

A friend that owns a tree service came over and helped cut down some dead branches and one dead tree. A small one that was next to my garden. The tree was kind of a pain and it shaded the garden, but I never wanted to take it down because I like trees. Anyway, the tree died and it was time to come down. So glad this guy came over to do it instead of hubby. So now the dead tree lies there next to the garden waiting to be moved to the back of the lot except it rained last night and everything is too wet to work out there, Sigh.
