65* and just enough rain showers to stop outside projects.
Maybe I should do some inside project? Like vacuum?

The original coveted forecast of all-day rain has sputtered out into just a few sprinkles. So basically worthless, & I will HAVE to water tomorrow.
We spent the early afternoon doing a bit of grocery shopping to take advantage of a few good sales & to fill in items for this week's menus. That'll be it for the day methinks.

Every day is the same for the next month. Nighttime low of 80, daytime high of 100, and 90% chance of thunderstorms in afternoon, 8 inches of rain this week and raining now.

After yesterday's constant rain/drizzle we have fog this morning. Odd for July. Grass isn't drying out quickly today so maybe no mowing.

I did very little outside today, because it's wet everywhere, even though there's only been .02" of rain last night and today - it's just very humid, and no sun or wind today. At least it only got up to 85°. Possible rain today and tomorrow, but Wednesday looks like the most likely, for this area.

High was 78º with last nights' low at 47º...geez... these 40s nights have appeared steadily all summer. Weird weird weird.
More rain the past two days- about 4/10 inch worth. So much for them telling us el nino was over and we'd have a dry hot summer.

Big storms blowing thru right now. Lots of thunder and heavy downpours. Very dark out , my deck lights went on.

Like yesterday, early today it is very humid, around 8:30 am it was only 75° out there, but 83% RH! Everything was still wet when I went out just before noon, and 82°, and 73% RH. Rain forecast, but I'm not holding my breath, or turning off the watering timers!

It didn't rain enough to do anything today, except make it so wet that I couldn't do anything all day! That 74° dewpoint probably helped keep everything wet, along with the no air movement. It really didn't get that hot - maybe 82° for a high - but it felt MUCH higher. They forecast rain, but I only got .03" - it all went N or S of here, and some places not far away got over 2".

Overnight it rained enough to wet everything again, but not enough to register, and the dew would have wet everything, as well. The last two days the humidity was so high that the lawn and plants were still wet, late in the day. One more day of this, before a break tomorrow...hopefully.

Similar here. Rains a bit at night, cloudy but hot and humid during the day. It is good transplanting weather. Most of the cucumbers and summer squash in and almost ready to put in the winter squash and melons. Hardest part is digging the chicken compost out of the pen to spread on the beds. Digging is easy except I am sweating buckets and need to go in to rehydrate often.
