Patiently awaiting warmer temps and sunshine! Seems it will be dreary this week.

Everything is covered in an icy snow, about 2 inches. Fun drive to work this morning. Can it get any better???

63 degrees, and 3 inches of rain over the past 36 hours with another inch or more due in the next couple of hours. Wetty, muddy, sloggy, spongy, splashy, and all those -y words. 26 inches of rain so far this year, more than last year's previous record-breaking pace.

Nice day today - sunny, and almost 60°, after 1½" rain, and 47° yesterday. Back to rain and cold another day, and then another nice day! I guess it's better than staying lousy out there!

It was definitely Spring today. I was wearing flip flops. Outside. In shirt sleeves. Oh yeah.

Rainy week ahead here. I am so ready to get outside, if for nothing else but to hear the birds singing. Tried it yesterday, wind was cold.

Cool and gray. I thought today was supposed to be a “hang the laundry on the line” day. And I know I read a suggestion to open some windows and change the air in the house. Maybe later today.

It's snowing again as I type. Yesterday morning on the way home from work it took me 30 minutes to travel five miles. It was snowing so hard I could barely see the road. Two hours later the sun was out, temps were in the 50s, and the snow was almost melted. Just a typical spring on the high desert.

It's still March, and places in Texas and Oklahoma have already hit 100F. Zapata TX hit 108.

We're moving out of a cold snap. Days were pretty good- around 50- but last 2 nights were mid 20's. Tonight predicted low is 29º , then back into the mid-high 30s and 40-ish by weeks' end, with high 50's days.
It's been cloudy, too, but only a few drops of rain- nothing that would do any good.
