I was researching the tulle fabric Rexx had told us worked so well for her, and I was planning a trip to a fabric store to get some.
ending tomorrow - joann fabrics has a 60% off one item, and they had a 54" by 24' bolt of tulle, online only for 39.99, so, it was easy for me to cancel the trip and pay for delivery for this.
With tax and delivery, it came out to 24.37. It would have been much cheaper in-store without the delivery charge of 6.95 - but as the website said this was not available in store, maybe it is inconsistent and some have and some don't, but I didn't fancy the drive to find out.
No idea how this pricing compares to other vendors, but thought I'd pass it on as the coupon expires after tomorrow, and it may be of interest for any who plan to follow the Brownrexx Cabbage Protection System© for the fall garden.

also, just a note, tulle comes in different fine ness - the holes - some have big wide holes, some are more fine.

Thanks for the reminder. I went to our local JoAnn's and got some white tulle of what they had - 11 yards for $.80/yd. w/the cpn. I've been using netting to keep some of the bugs out, so we'll see how well both work.

I got my tulle on sale last year at Joann fabric store too. As far as I know tulle is the really fine hole stuff and the stuff with the bigger holes is just called mesh fabric.

there seemed to be only one option on white tulle, so I'll see what it is when it gets here.
