I thought this was suppose to be cauliflower or cabbage, but I am pretty sure it is neither... could it be collards?

I don't know but when I grew collards they were dark bluish green and didn't look like that.

There is a kind of greens that's pale green like yours and sort of "hairy" on the back like radish' leaves. I can't remember what's called, but it's not collards.

Mustard's my best guess, too. Though I haven't seen a growing turnip since I was a kid, so ??????????
