I planted an Endless Summer about 7 to 8 years ago. It has never flourished and been on the decline for the last several years. It was planted on the southeast side of the "jumping rock", just outside the dripline of a walnut tree. It finally bit the dust..I see no sign of life in it.
I read that some hostas tolerate walnut and am considering having hubby move some of our variegated hostas to that spot. Is anybody growing hostas near walnut....with success?

Hi binny,
Hostas are a challenge here so I have no input on that. Curious about your hydrangea, did you ever try adding iron?

did you ever try adding iron? It got lots of mulch and compost and aluminum to make it blue. I don't believe I ever added iron.
