Looks awesome!
I planted elderberries and this year is the first year they're flowering. Are those mature? (Trying to get an idea of what they'll look like...all I've seen are ornamentals.) Do you use the berries?

desertwoman - I feel like I have multiple properties all rolled into one.
Canadiyank - my elderberries are three years old. They started is 6" sticks the first year, and this is the size they were the second year. I harvest the elderberries and use them for pie, jam, but mostly syrup (I am convinced that is why I have not had a cold for two years). This year I may try wine.
