Ordered them Tuesday, received them yesterday (Wednesday), & already LOVE them today (Thursday)!!
Saw rave reviews for them on some garden/shopping site or other, & since they were on sale, & my forearms after gardening frequently look like I've been in a knife fight, decided to spring for a pair. And they are. . . . WONDERFUL! Lightweight, durable (after a full morning working in them), 100% luxurious pigskin, & breathable. I almost didn't want to take them off. Fit true to size, if you measure your hands correctly using their sizing guide. (Mine are Size Small, & fit perfectly - snug enough to work in, but with enough room to be extremely comfortable.) Mr. Breezy may even get a pair for when he's doing clearing work - especially where brambles are involved.
I ordered them in "Beige", but the color is actually an extremely light, very pale, green, which is fine. I wasn't buying them as a fashion statement - lol!

Thanks for the endorsement! breezygardener, I don't need gloves right now but I've saved these in my account and may order them to have on hand for when I do need a new pair.

Years ago I had a similar pair. They were perfect to wear when pruning the roses.

They were perfect to wear when pruning the roses. I originally bought them for when I wrastle with my ever-constant battles with our Triffid-like wild grapevines, honeysuckle, wild Multiflora rose, & wild blackberries. I don't like wearing long-sleeved shirts except for winter stuff, & just using my regular leather work gloves always leaves my forearms bleeding like a stuck pig. But then - just to break them in - I wore them for regular everyday light gardening stuff & almost didn't want to take them off! They were so light, cool, & protective, & it was so nice not to have dirt splattered up to my elbows every time I yanked out a particularly obstinate weed. All my other gardening gloves are going to be jealous - lol!

Got the inspiration I needed to order some gloves, though not these. Got a pair of gloves that cover the arms and that many said were good for pulling poison ivy. Still have a few of those plants in the strawberry bed, which stopped my weed through 3/4 of the way. Would like to finish with the weeding so I can plant in some of the open space there. Also restocked on Tecnu and Ivarest to carry me through the year.

Pigskin gloves really are great. Probably some of the best you can have. We used to have a pair, though not as long as those.

My backup pair that I ordered just yesterday arrived this afternoon. I am a happy camper!
