I’ve been thinking about giving detergent sheets a try. Dealing with detergent in plastic containers is bothersome.
Has anybody tried these sheets? Care to share your opinion?

I am not aware. It would be good to do away with all that plastic.

I have been buying Gain, on line, in a box. The box has a design with a built in cup holder and a spout that pops out that you twist open or close. Cheaper than the detergent in a plastic bottle, although the detergent inside is in a plastic bag that is connected to the spout, so a little plastic is involved.

Give me the good old days when all detergent came in cardboard boxes and people didn't have to be told not to eat it.

Almost a year has passed and I’m still pondering on the purchase. Any new opinions?
Wish they offered sample/small packs.

Wish they offered sample/small packs. Perhaps a call to the company with a request for a sample?

I have dishwasher detergent, in those dissolving packets, and have been getting those for a long time, with no problems. But I've never seen any laundry detergent in those that I would consider "affordable" - they are always much more than the others, still, considering cost per load.

My youngest tried a couple brands of the sheets and earth breeze was the best for her until she tried HeySunday 60 sheets per/pkg $20.00. i thought that was expensive. She said that although they worked good enough on normal soil, the heysunday as better on tough soil like gardeners have. It’s a tough road when you can purchase a jug of tide pods 125/25$ tide

My concerns for both sheets and pods is, what are they made of? Studies are out about microplastics going into the water tables, soil and into our bodies and the environmental and health impacts that has. Personally, I stick to powders in boxes, for dishwasher and laundry. And although not 100% plastic free, we strive to keep plastics to a minimum in our immediate environment. Here's an interesting article on laundry sheets and pods www.washingtonpost.com/climate-environment/2024/01/09/eco-friendly-laundry-detergent-sheets-plastic/

DW true. I feel the same way about fabrics w silver infused, like sheets that self clean 🤢or athletic sweat repelling/evaporation wicking qualities. And those pods? Self desolving? Well the bottom quarter of my jug melted into each other. There is a recall.

I do liquid laundry detergent simply because powder is harder and harder to find. I honestly don't expect to try the sheets or pods unless that is the only choice I have.
