It is pastel in color. I may not use it. Often will put flowers I am not sure of somewhere in my backyard garden and if I like move it out front. Going to try a contrasting effect.

I also grew Flamingo Feather Raspberry Parfait from Johnny's last year. Only one plant survived (my fault), but it grew very well, in a container, and I really liked the plant, form and coloration of stems and leaves, not just the flowers. It was more attractive in its early stages of bloom. Letting it continue to seed-saving stage, it looked ragged. I think I saved seed of it, or intended to, and will plant again. I also have other Celosia seeds I'm hoping to plant when it gets warmer. A mix of with a range of colors, not the 'brain' types. edit: The one I grew was Raspberry Parfait, similar to, but darker in color than Flamingo Feather. And I did collect seed from it.

I started a batch of celosia, mixed colors. They germinated very well, and fast! They were from the free bunch I got from a nursery, past sell date.
