I'm a big fan of these small sized persian cucumbers which have just started coming in this week Its a variety called "Green fingers" from Renee's info.reneesgarden.com/seeds/vegetables/cucumber-baby-persian-green-fingers/This is about my fourth year growing them and I much prefer them to the more typical varieties, thin skinned and tasty and perfect portion size for us. I think generically they might be called Beit alphas from an Israeli breeding program but I see them in many persian markets here in southern california and even trader joes recently.

big sad face :(
I placed an order for Renee's this year, and my stupid stupid debit card wouldn't go thru! darn darn darn! I had those in the order
me and Lat33 were going to share some.
I was thinking they were more like Asian/seedless only mini, they look more like regular cukes only mini...

That description sounds about like the munchers I have been growing. The thin skin, smaller and mine are really crunchy! We quarter them lengthwise and just eat them that way....I dip mine (barely) in a salt cellar.
