Anyone else ever grow this? they are up now but I don't really have a clue what they need. I imagine they grow like oxalis?

Oca? Never heard of it. More info please. Better name or description or something?
If its a plant, it needs soil, water, air and sun. Plants do better if the soil is fertile.

Sorry, they are tubers I am trying. Related to oxalis. I put them out too early I think but they are growing just the same. In looks the tubers look a little like sunchokes to me, though the plants are entirely different, but I have no idea what they will taste like. They came up though and didn't die so I guess that is a success so far. I have some old botanical prints and I think one of them has an oca tuber on it? Hard to tell it from the sunchoke.
