Wondering if you guys might have some suggestions for a good, long lasting barrier/membrane coat that we can use on the inside of our concrete raised planters? The outside will be stucco'ed, so we need to waterproof the walls, but are planning on growing organic veggies in them. Cheers

Wouldn't a liner be better than a concrete sealer? Do your planters have drainage holes?

Yes, there will be drainage holes in the bottom of the planters. We are going to utilize drip irrigation, but from time to time we get heavy rains. When we get those storms I foresee water trapping between a liner and the concrete, causing problems.

Thanks for the links, but no mention of any product that is safe for consuming veggies grown out of these planters. Still in search of a good, safe sealer for my concrete beds. Cheers

Concrete sealer and polymer paint. Don't know how organic this is, but it's better than chemicals from concrete leaching into garden soil.

I'm thinking the solution might be to just find some plastic planters to fit into the concrete shell, that will keep a non-permeable barrier from the concrete and chemicals. Since we are designing from scratch this shouldn't be too tricky. Anybody have recommendations on where to source large square or rectangular plastic planters at a fair price? Cheers
