Anybody grow them or are able to forage for them?
I have some arriving from Etsy in the next couple of days & am looking forward to enjoying them sauteed atop a nice steak, but would also like to start a patch of them (along with Ostrich ferns for fiddleheads) in our woodland area that has been generously turned into a lovely mix of well-composted horse manure & natural leaf litter.

I have a small patch and discovered a decent sized patch at my parent's house two years ago. I harvest by cutting and leaving the roots in the ground. I do have some that were given to me that I'll be transplanting soon in hopes of boosting my patch. I do know they can be grown from seed but it takes about seven years for a plant to develop to maturity.
