i have a 3' long rack and am replacing the light fixtures as the hey break down. A couple of the light bulbs fell out of the fixtures though I turn them several times in their space.
i am finding it hard to find 3' fixtures even though I put it into the search engine. 2' and 4' ones will display instead. Any ideas? I am thinking of the 4' even if it hangs beyond the shelves.

i am finding it hard to find 3' fixtures Can you take 2' and turn them sideways? I have some 1' square LED panels I've been using for several years, bought them from Amazon.

I am thinking 2' fixtures rather than the 4'. The 4' won't fit between the vertical posts. Hmmm, maybe a 4' 2 bulb fixture will fit.

These are not available on Amazon or anywhere else I have looked I put that up mainly for the specs and description. The ones you have linked are very similar or better and that is a good price for the 2-pack. I keep mine about 4" above the plants.

The specs say, "Square shape design maximizes the beam to cover 3ft by 3ft area of plants, recommended to hang at around 6-10 inches for seedling". The one Marty posted is back in stock for $49.99 for a two pack.. You might want to look at other ones. They may have different specs.

How many of these per 4’ wide x 18” deep shelf I have 4 of the 12" square lights per 2' x 4' shelf or 3 of the 4' long lights per shelf. I screwed the 12" square lights to a board to make it easier to adjust up and down. The 4' lights are on individual chains.

lilolpeapicker , martywny , Mumsey , gardendmpls , I bought my lights over several years, which makes it a bit easier on the wallet. I was just out in the shop setting up my heat mats and lights, so I took a picture of the 12" lights and the 4' lights. The 8 heat mats are numbered and the plugs are numbered, mats plug into a non-switched power strip, so I can plug in whatever mats I need. The lights are plugged into timers which plug into the same power strip and are on for about 12 hours a day. 12" lights attached to board 4' lights mounted on frame
