Talk about a solution in search of a problem. In the 70 odd years I've been around I cannot recall a time that the oxidation of a slice of apple was determined to be a problem.

kimmsrđź•Š. I totally agree. Whatever happened to soaking slices in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Otherwise, just eat faster ;)

This is for the pre sliced apple market for fast food and cafeterias. They are the ones wanting a non browning apple.
