In my never-ending search for the ideal, easy-to-grow, easy-to-harvest-and-process grain or seed crop, I've become interested in millet. Some folks around here used to plant fields of it to bait quail and doves, so I know it grows in my clime. Just wondering if anyone has grown it for the kitchen, and what your experience may have been.
