Just kidding! It was just frost. It took out the last of the green beans, okra, tomatoes and peppers I didn't cover. Even the peppers I covered kinda got burnt. All the usual winter stuff is still going strong. The cabbage and kale love it! Temps dropped to 30 at 4:00 AM till daylight.
Time to start tilling in compost.

Woke up to an unexpected inch of the white stuff this morning. Sure do need the moisture but I'd rather have rain.

We had 2 1/2 inches of rain this past weekend through last night. It was great. We only get real white stuff about once every 20 years and we're 5 years over due now.

We normally get plenty of white stuff in this area. Skiing and snowmobiling big winter sports. Though we have snow on the mountain, none here at home yet this season.
