gardendmpls just said she's found plenty of jars at Lowes. Maybe they have the seals as well.
Or, there's the old fashioned wax method.

Yes. New jars come with rings and seals. Thing is I don’t need more jars! Jars are scarce as well.

Mumsey ,fortunately I bought a huge amount of one piece lids a few years ago and have plenty of the regular ones. I checked the company's website and they are not getting any ETA's from the manufacturer as to when any would be available. You might check them out to see if there is any change. Have you ever tried the one piece? I have had good luck with them so far...If I was closer to you, I would pass some along to you. Good luck... Fillmore Container

I use jars that came with the full lid, no extra seal needed

Mumsey,Perhaps you could place an ad on the FB for sale page. I bet there's folks who have purchased lids...extra lids...and will not be using them.

No lids here either but full packs of jars with lids are still to be found but only the regular sized mouth jars. The packs of wide mouth jars are all out.
Have managed to pick up some lids though but you have to go to the out of usual places. In my case it was a slightly weird east European supermarket that sells a wide range of Russian, Lithuanian and a vast array of pickled fish, picked up some Siberian biscuits too which were quite good. No one is looking for canning lids in that place but the Russians are big into home preserving, winters are long in Siberia.
I'd try some ethnic markets

Lowes didn't have the lids separate from the jars. Luckily I bought some regular on Amazon July 6th, 48 for $19. which is little under $5 a dozen. Looked on line just now and they have gone up $2 since then. Also got a couple dozen wide mouth lids only to find my wide mouth jars had disappeared.

I was lucky to still have a lot of lids, considering how the prices have gone up, and the supplies have gone down!

I refuse to pay the exorbitant prices for seals! I have made several complaint/inquiries with Amazon on specific listings. I'm thinking of calling Attorney General next.

I was thinking of getting a freezer with my Best Buy card to preserve the food instead, as I had been thinking about it for some time. They are sold out of Whirlpool (I had a dryer from them which I had for over 20 years until it finally rusted out from old age, still working). Also sold out of most others. I guess people are stashing food away for the worst case scenario they've seen in movies. Of course they don't think that most apocalyptic scenarios also involve no electricity.

Apparently the Amish stores have bulk supplies of seals, generic. I was talking to someone at CG the other day, that's where he gets his. I'm sure they are out by now. Can't call them to find out. They don't have phones or websites. I also wonder where they get them and if they come from overseas.

I always knew Dad re-uses jar seals, but not on my watch. If I'm doing the work, I refuse to re-use. Then I realize there are others doing the same thing this year due to the shortage. I have talked to several people who are considering this practice, some of those being store employees. I'm not willing to risk jars not sealing and/or spoilage of all that hard work.
