Swimming in peppers, some drying for grind, some for brine pickling, some for eating fresh...more is better than few. I'm looking hard at growing fennel next year, I love the anise flavor.

Which is exactly what I did! Me too, swimming in them...but it's okay. Pickling, drying, and munching.

I'm wishing I had gotten a Fall crop of kale planted. Just didn't make it this year.
