If you like butternut squash and haven’t tried Butterscotch F1 PMR, put it on your list for next year. It is just delicious. Tonight it was cut in half lengthwise, baked with the cut side down until tender...400*. Then I flipped them over, put a bit of butter and about a teaspoon of maple syrup in the cavity. Basted the topside with the butter syrup mix, baked a bit longer...I turned the oven temp to 300* for the final 7 minutes.
I baked two squash so we could have leftovers. I could have skipped the chicken and eaten a whole squash. It was that good.
