Vokar, if I could pick a favorite for a sandwich, it would be red brandywine. But, they have challenged me and I finally gave up. Beefy Boy is a good slicer and tastes great on a sandwich.

I still have some large tomatoes ripening in the basement, along with Andiamo. Time to put another batch through the food processor.
I love Oxheart on sandwiches. Juicy, but you can remove some of that before putting on a sandwich.

How do you keep the fruit flies off of them? Aren't fruit flies attracted to damaged tomatoes?

I have been wasting tomatoes by discarding those that were half-grown. They fry up well without breading.
