The Ruby Throat hummers are into N.C., southern Tenn. & southern Ark.!
DO YOU HAVE YOUR FEEDERS OUT??? They will need that sugar water for some energy! And especially since not a lot is blooming up there yet!

We don't see Ruby throat here in NM.
Our first arrivals are the Black-chinned and Broad-tailed- usually in mid April. We may see a few trickling in as early as late March. They nest here for the summer.
We see Rufous in July as they start migrating south for the winter

I already posted on the hummer thread...but they have moved FAST this year...check the map & see if you NEED to get your feeders out NOW!
