I'll get my thinking cap on one of these days and dig it up!
Too busy working to think about gardening just yet, but the time is creeping up quickly.

DW, and good for eggplant!
Here's what I found written down in my recipe box, I must have tweeked it over the years:
1 c. bonemeal 1 c. cornmeal 1 c. powdered milk 1/4 c. epsom salt
Use 1/2 c. per plant at planting time. Side-dress after 6 weeks, work in to soil at base of plant and water well.

It has changed over time!
I did a search at the old site. It was interesting to see how the recipe evolved over the years!
The powdered milk got tweaked the most. Epson salts changed too. But the cornmeal and bonemeal seems to have stayed constant. And who knows who did the tweaking!! Maybe it's kind of like the "Telephone" game, where things change as the story progresses.
But no matter what the recipe was- everyone was swearing by it!!
