Long story short, I have some, er, overly dried, thyme. Is it worth running through the spice grinder and saving? No green to found, bronze as if it spent it's life in the south seas.

What does it smell like Latitude33. If it is pungent, store it. If it is without aroma, feed it to the pigs.

Thought about that. No aroma, also no pigs...just a Lab and a Husky. Off to the compost!
