Our cat continually gives us "head bumps". Is this a sign of affection, or is she telling me she wants something. She just did about 6 of them to me and then plopped down and showed me her belly, meaning she wants a belly tub.
She will get us trained one of these days.

It's a cat's way of bonding and showing affection. She wants a show of affection in return.

In my world, it's Bella's way of insisting on being noticed and and praised. She is such a diva. Thinks I'm her manservant...funny, that's what Hazel thinks too.

Kitty will headbump me, the go to hubby and give him a headbump and then back to me. We do "kittychatter" with her and she chats back, she gets neck scratches/rubs. All this from a feral cat.

Our dog does that, but it's because she went blind last year. She gets around pretty good, but still walks into stuff sometimes.
