I had seen something about this in a beekeeping newsletter but watching the video showed me how it will work.
I think I will reserve judgment until it has been around a bit longer. For one thing, if you have a honey tap with honey flowing into an uncovered jar, it will quickly get covered with bees trying to take back their honey.
It's interesting but I am not so sure about this just yet.

BR, there was at least one jar that had a lid attached with the tube running through the lid.
But you wouldn't be able to see the honey running so clearly with the lid on....I'm betting it was open just for the filming.
