Rosemary and Orange tea does sound tasty. I don't use the herbs in my garden for tea as often as I should. And oddly enough, I don't care for Licorice at all, however, I do enjoy a cup of Anise Hyssop tea on occasion. Did you know that Black Currant leaves dried, make a tea that was used by Settlers when Tea from China was in short supply?? I dehydrated some last year and it very much resembles Green Tea. The leaves can be taken from the plant over the course of the season. I didn't read about this until late in the season and some of the mature leaves were quite strong tasting. Earlier would be better.
My herb garden contains Comfrey Lemon Balm Silver Thyme Feverfew Anise Hyssop Echinacea Common Sage Dill that readily reseeds itself and this year I added Horehound.
In containers I have Apple Mint Orange Mint Pineapple Mint Peppermint Spearmint

My personal "Go To" herbs are cilantro, basil, savory, sage, thyme, Greek oregano (grows like a weed here) and rosemary. Use others of course but those are the usual culinary suspects
