At home we eat almost a 100% organic diet, and have for 20+ years. But we go out to eat- at friends or a restaurant- a couple of times a week.
There is no escaping GMO's. Any of us, if we were tested, would show levels of GMO's in our bodies, as well as pesticides and other things we don't want in our bodies. It's a sad but true state of our times.

Unfortunate My daughter is gluten free and except for some fresh veggies, most of that is GMOs.

If she purchases organic gluten free flours, corn, soy, etc she will reduce her exposure to GMO's significantly.
I am amazed at how many organic gluten free products are available nowadays.

While that is true, she doesn't have a lot of time to care for herself like she should, but because I am aware and tell her, she does try.
