wow - that sounds interesting! I need to get some basil planted to do the pesto again! ach! never enough time over the weekend....maybe I have just enough energy to get the basil seeds into the wet paper towel method..... we've been into the onion bread alot this week. I think I need to start growing my own onions, just worried about the storage issues, I'm not good at that....and our basement is scary......

I found a smoothie that can do all peppermint for the greens! pina colada. I did some fresh pineapple and 1 young coconut water and meat, golden flax and a good amount of peppermint.
Refreshing!

raw foodists love young coconut meat as noodles I made that once or twice and it is soooooo good, but lordy! a lot of time and work and then you just have this tiny plate of noodles. Then you open up some young coconuts, and there isn't any meat there to make the noodles from. Just the water and some purplish film For mine I did a peanut sauce type thingy using raw almond butter....maybe when I am retired and no kids at home, I'll have time for all that!
