Well...... I have CRS Disease. (Can't Remember Stuff!) The dough is rising. After a while I will punch it down and let it rise again.....
Outdoors: 39 degrees, overcast, raining, breezy.

Can't remember stuff..... I set a timer to remind me to go punch down the dough, then when it rang, I ask myself: "What is that ringing for?"

So what do I do with sage?

Tom: "Sage can help that." So what do I do with sage? I put sage powder from the grocery store into size "O" capsules and take three a day with meals. I began taking it on the basis of general advice in herb books and internet articles and didn't expect much. I have familial tremor. After some weeks on sage, the tremor ceased. I can thread a fine needle. This persuaded me that the claims of sage for brain health are real.

tom 🕊 , have you ever compared sage tea to the sage capsules? I used to use sage tea to clear my sinuses, but sometimes I found it better to inhale it than drink it. Maybe a little lemon would help?

have you ever compared sage tea to the sage capsules? Yes, I used to grow sage and make teas from it, Capsules are more potent, use less material, give uniform doses, are more convenient, and are tasteless. Sage tea has an acrid taste to me.

Friday February 8, 7 degrees at 7:43 AM. Overcast and calm. Nothing growing but ice. I grab a can of Coke and come sit at the computer. Check emails and forums, now sit here wondering what the ---- to do for the rest of the day?

James, Do you do woodworking? Read? Sew? Yup, some guys sew! We have a guy friend who does the most beautiful cross stitching and wins ribbons at the State Fair. My Dad can sew. I taught our son to sew and cut fabric. Who knows, it might come in handy some day. I could definitely keep you busy here.
